Open a file from Files in the sidebar.
Scripts run in Preview and in the exported site, after Bootstrap's JS (they don't run in the design canvas). Head code (CDN links, fonts, analytics) is added to every page.

Publish to a server

The server details stay on this computer and are never written into the project file, so a shared project carries none of them. The password is not kept at all unless you choose to keep it on this computer.
